International Deliveries

IMPORTANT

We cannot ship to international P.O Boxes. To avoid any delay on your shipment please ensure you enter your correct residential address.

CARRIERS AND COSTS 

All International orders are shipped via DHL Express and are charged according to your destination and the weight of your order. Please check the details below for shipping rates to your country. Your shipping costs will be quoted in the checkout stage.

Please note that we reserve the right to contact you should your delivery charges exceed our cost to ship. You will then have the option to proceed with your order with the amended shipping charges or to cancel.

A tracking service is not always available for international deliveries. Please allow from 7 to 14 working days for delivery dependent on your location.

All prices are quoted in AUD (Australian dollars). The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges that you may incur.

PLEASE NOTE: Rock Your Baby does it's best to ensure all deliveries reach their final destination safely however unfortunately with international deliveries this can sometimes be out of our control. Therefore we hold no liability for lost or damaged/delayed parcels.

 Any and all charges listed here are a guide only and are subject to change at the discretion of Rock Your Baby. Additional charges will apply for registered airfreight and insurance.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment, except during public holidays when there may be extra delays. Please also allow extra time during the Christmas and New Year period.

Please allow from 7 to 14 working days for delivery dependent on your location. Please allow up to 3 extra working days for delivery during sale periods.

These delivery times are estimates only and may potentially be extended by factors beyond our reasonable control including customs and quarantine, weekends and public holidays. Rock Your Baby will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Deliveries can take longer to reach some countries.

If your order is for a special occasion and is needed by a specific date, feel free to get in contact with us by emailing info@rockyourbaby.com and we will do our best to get your order delivered in time!

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are not included on our website and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If you have any questions regarding overseas duties and custom charges you should contact your local customs office for more information. Rock Your Baby cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Rock Your Baby will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

PLEASE NOTE: We comply with Australian export regulations. We are therefore required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift' to bypass or reduce customs fees even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

HEAVY / BULKY ITEMS

Please note that heavy / bulky items may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to contact you in the event that your shipping charges exceed those quoted above. In this event, you may opt to pay the extra postage costs and proceed with your order or cancel your order with a full refund.
