Conditions of Use & Online Store Policies
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using the Rock Your Baby website. By using the Rock Your Baby site, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Pricing
Please note that all prices are listed in Australian dollars and include the Goods and Services Tax (GST). Rock Your Baby reserves the right to change prices without notice. All orders to be delivered to an address outside Australia will have the GST deducted. This adjustment will be made at checkout and will appear on your order confirmation
Order Confirmation Email
Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made. Shipped orders are considered final and any changes made after this time, not due to our error, will be at your expense. When sending items to a business address please include the name of the business.
Order confirmation emails are automatically generated at check out. If you do not receive an order confirmation email then please notify us as soon as possible and we will resend you your order confirmation details.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email, or by phoning the office during our specified business hours. Please see below for our Exchange Policy.
Product Availability
An item may be added to your shopping cart if the product is in stock. Rock Your Baby reserves the right to declare any items of your order to be unavailable, should the need arise. In this unlikely event we will contact you via email or telephone to amend your order, and if desired allow a replacement item to be selected.
Payment Options
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. Australian residents may also make payments via Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit. For credit card payments we reserve the right to request further identification if deemed necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel orders where further identification has been requested but not received or found to be unsatisfactory.
Shipping Options and Costs
We will dispatch goods within 48 hours of your payment/cheque clearance if all items are in stock, except during holiday periods when there may be an extra delay before delivery. All items are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Please note that prices for all goods are in Australian dollars.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service for either local or international customers. If you need your order for a specific date or day then please contact us directly to arrange a courier service.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible to return or exchange your purchase the following conditions must be met:
- You may return products purchased from Rock Your Baby, without any penalty, by notifying us in writing within seven (7) working days of receipt of the products purchased on 101.0.65.91.
- All items are returned within 30 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 30 days unless the product is faulty.
- The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Please email info@rockyourbaby.com with the following details:

Reason for Return, and
Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund. - We will respond to your email promptly with directions. All exchanges not due to faults must include a self addressed Express Post satchel. Exchanges not due to faults, who do not include a return satchel, will need to pay an additional $8.00 fee before the exchange can be processed.
- Post the product(s) to the following address: Rock Your Baby, Unit 2/ 14-16 Livingstone St, Lawson, NSW 2783. Please include your order number on the front of the envelope.
- Postage and shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is deemed faulty.
- A refund, credit or exchange will not be given if the returned products are used, worn, washed, damaged or without their original tags and packaging. These items will be returned to the customer at their expense. Items deemed faulty are excluded from this clause.
- All refunds will be issued via your original payment method within five working days of receipt of the returned goods.
- If exchanging the item for a higher priced alternative product, please include a cheque, postal order or credit card authorisation with the returned goods, together with a self addressed Express Post satchel.
- Products on sale are NOT RETURNABLE unless faulty. A purchase of a sale items is considered final.
Your Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and Rock Your Baby is committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. Any information we collect from you is for the sole purpose of processing your order and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We will not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed to anyone unless required by law.
When you place an order, a secure server using 128-bit SSL encryption collects your details. This means your personal information is encrypted to protect it from fraudulent use. We use eWAY to process credit card payments. eWAY are externally audited every year to ensure they are Tier 1 PCI-DSS compliant, the highest level of compliance mandated by the major credit card schemes. Credit card data stored by eWAY is encrypted using Ingrian devices to provide the highest level of protection available. Ingrian devices provide tamper-resistant protection of cryptographic keys to ensure encrypted data is kept private and secure.
Our website, 101.0.65.91, also carries the Trust Guard SSL Certificate.
